PDF statements (scans coming soon) · browse files
1 page free per day · Files are deleted right after conversion
Revolut statements mix currencies freely — a EUR account statement can contain card payments settled in GBP, USD, or PLN with exchange annotations. The converter extracts the settled amount and currency for every row and keeps exchange details in the description, so multi-currency reconciliation actually works.
Verified against the balance
Every row is reconciled against the statement's running balance, so a misread digit is flagged, not silently wrong.
Encrypted, then deleted
Your file is processed over an encrypted connection and the original PDF is deleted the moment conversion finishes.
QuickBooks & Xero ready
Export import-ready QuickBooks (QBO) and Xero files with stable IDs, alongside Excel, CSV, and JSON.

Review and download
Anything that doesn't reconcile is flagged for a quick fix, then you export to Excel, CSV, QuickBooks, Xero, or JSON.
How to download your Revolut statement
- Open the Revolut app and select the account or currency balance you need.
- Tap “Statement” (or, on the web app, go to Profile → Documents → Statements).
- Choose the date range, then the format — PDF for a formal statement, or Excel/CSV for raw rows.
- Generate the statement and download it, or have Revolut email it to you.
Revolut statement formats and where they trip up converters
Revolut personal account (multi-currency)
A single feed can mix payments settled in several currencies, plus exchanges and Vault transfers, without a running balance on every line.
MONEY IN
MONEY OUT
Card rows show the original currency and the FX rate; the euro figure is what settled.
A single Revolut statement can mix payments settled in several currencies — a EUR account can hold card purchases charged in GBP, USD or PLN, each with its own exchange rate.
The converter extracts the settled amount and currency for every row and keeps the original amount and FX rate in the description, so multi-currency reconciliation adds up.
Exchanges between your own balances and Vault (savings) transfers sit in the same feed as real spending, so a naive export double-counts money that only moved between your own pockets.
Balance-to-balance exchanges and Vault movements are labelled as transfers, kept apart from income and spending.
The app-generated PDF and the Excel export don't always carry a running balance on every line.
We rebuild the running balance from the opening figure and each transaction, then flag any line that doesn't reconcile.
Card rows are enriched with merchant, city and sometimes the original currency, which naive parsers split into separate columns.
The merchant is extracted cleanly while the city and original-currency detail stay in the description.

What the export looks like
Every row rebuilt in date order and checked against the running balance. A green check means it reconciles; an amber flag means it needs a quick look before export.

Frequently asked questions
How do I convert a Revolut statement to Excel?
In the Revolut app, open the account, tap Statement, pick a date range and format, then download. Drop that PDF (or the Excel/CSV export) into the converter above and download the result as Excel, CSV, QuickBooks, Xero, or JSON. Your first page each day is free.
My Revolut statement has payments in several currencies. Will that convert correctly?
Yes. Each row keeps the settled amount and currency, and the original amount and exchange rate are preserved in the description, so a EUR statement full of GBP and USD card payments still reconciles.
Does it handle exchanges and Vault transfers?
Yes. Exchanges between your own balances and transfers to and from Vaults are labelled as transfers rather than spending, so they don't inflate your income or expense totals.
Can I convert the Revolut Excel or CSV export, or only the PDF?
Both. The converter reads the app-generated PDF, the Excel/CSV export, and even phone photos of a statement — and rebuilds a verified running balance from whichever you upload.
Does it work with Revolut Business statements?
Yes. Business statements use the same multi-currency feed; conversions and fees are labelled so your bookkeeping stays clean.
Can I import a converted Revolut statement into QuickBooks or Xero?
Yes. Alongside Excel and CSV, the converter exports QuickBooks (QBO) and Xero files with stable transaction IDs, so re-importing an updated statement won't create duplicates.
