Yes, scans and phone photos go through the same AI vision pipeline as native PDFs. You can upload several photos of the same statement together — they become one document, one page per photo. Password-protected PDFs are supported too; the password is used once and never stored.

Yes. Conversion runs on our servers, so closing the tab changes nothing. If you're signed in, the document appears in your Documents list with a live status, and you'll get an email if a conversion fails. As a guest, keep the results link (or sign in afterwards to attach the conversion to your account).

Yes. Conversions made on this browser are attached to your account automatically the first time you open your Documents page after signing in. Guest conversions are kept for 24 hours, so sign in within a day to keep them.

1 credit converts 1 statement page. Every plan includes a monthly allowance — 10 pages on Free — that refills on your billing date. Unused pages don't carry over: they're an allowance, not a wallet.

Your new plan starts the moment you upgrade: you pay the new plan's full price minus credit for the unused time on your old plan, your page counter resets to the new monthly allowance immediately, and your renewal date moves to that day.

From the billing page, any time. You keep your current plan and pages until the end of the period you've paid for — downgrades and cancellations take effect at renewal, and you can change your mind up to that date.

No. Guests can convert 1 page a day with no account at all, and free accounts get 10 pages every month with no card on file.

Yes. Files are transferred over an encrypted connection and the original PDF is deleted from our servers the moment conversion finishes. Extracted data expires automatically, and nothing you upload is ever used to train AI models.

You choose: 7 days to 1 year, or keep it until you delete it. The setting lives on your account page and applies to new conversions. Original files are always deleted right after processing regardless of this setting.

Yes, from the account page. Deletion is immediate and permanent — conversions, transactions, API keys, and settings — and cancels any subscription. You receive a confirmation email as your record of erasure.
